Yes, this is a known problem with XP SP2. I just (finally) fixed
the website to reflect tcptrace's brokenness under Windows - there
are no current builds of tcptrace for Windows, and the version on
the site is virtually useless (it has a bug in the connection
correlation code, and a single connection will not necessarily show
up as a single connection in its output)... If you really need
tcptrace for windows, you'll have to build it yourself.
It shouldn't be that difficult to build for windows, assuming you
have any idea how to build programs using mingw/cygwin. I say that
having never tried it, but there haven't been many significant code
changes from 6.6.0 to 6.6.7 (the currently-released version).
