Subject: tcptrace-bugs Couldn't reserver spaces/3600072 bytes for cygwin's heap

When I run tcptrace 6.6.0 for windows (XP SP2) I receive the message error:
  Couldn't reserver enough spaces for cygwin's heap
  And when I try to install cygwin 1.5.10, compile tcptrace 6.6.7, I also receive this message:
  Couldn't reserver 3600072 bytes for cygwin's heap
  The difference about message error is come from cygwin1.dll.
  How can I run tcptrace successfully? Are there anyone can show me the way to fix this bug?
