Subject: tcptrace-bugs Technical Help

Hi:
I am a novice in the area of data networks. I am unable to make tcptrace
work on a windows XP machine. I downloaded the executable and the associated
cygwin1.dll and have them in C:\bin. However, when I attempt to run tcptrace
on the DOS prompt, I get the following error.
  4 [unknown (0x780)] ? 2408 init_cheap: Couldn't reserve space for cygwin's
heap, Win32 error 487
c:\bin\tcptrace.exe: *** AllocationBase 0x7F0000, BaseAddress 0xAA0000,

 I would appreciate your assistance.
