Dear Sir:

I installed the newest version of Cygwin 1.5.17-1 and then tried to install tcptrace's window's version on windows XP. But I get this error:

4 [main]? 726 init_cheap: couldn't reserve 3600336 bytes of space for cygwin's heap, Win32 error 487?

I tried to install Cygwin again but the same error message occurs. Could you please let me know how to fix this?
