REQUEST FOR URGENT BUSINESS ASSISTANCE

I know this mail will come to you as a surprise because you have never known or heard of me before now,but i will urge you to consider the content of this mail very seriously as it can change the course of our status in life forever.

I am a director in the Ministry of sports and social development of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.My office was particularly saddled with the responsibility of issuing the contracts for the organisation of the concluded 8th all Africa games.Our functions included the logistics,accomodation,provision of transportation and general maintenance of infrastructure for the successful outing of the Sports fiesta.

The sum of fourty-three Million dollars ($43,000,000.00) was submitted by my office and approved by the Presidency for the financing of all the projects within a specified period of time but the actual total sum tendered by all the bidders for the various contracts approved was Twenty-Five Million dollars.

The excess of this funds Eighteen Milion $18,000,000.00 was a deliberate attempt by a colleague of mine at the Ministry of Youths and Sports development and another partner at the Presidency through whose auspices the budget was approved without questioning to use in finance of our political ambition in 2007.

The Federal Government issued 70% (Seventy percent)of these funds as upfront to us to disburse in the same ratio to these approved Contractors,we have since disbursed these funds and the sport fiesta has been concluded.We have been compelled to make this urgent contact to you because of a recent statement made by the presidency in a briefing couple of days ago of its intention to disburse immediately all debts owed contractors accruing to the sports fiesta.

This sudden resolve does not give us the ample time to seek an agreement with any known contractor in a hurry,because we still have to protect our personalities from scandals in view of our political ambitions.We seek your assistance as either an already existing company,or a personal account holder of high financial repute who would lay claim to these funds as the due beneficiary/contractor for payment of contract executed for the sports fiesta,so that you can receive these funds on 22nd of November set out by the Federal Government for the issue of contract payments.

We have decided that you shall receive for your participation 25% of the funds while 65% will be for us and the remaining 5% will be used to offset all incidental expenses incured during the course of executing this transaction.Please contact me immediately with your personal telephone and fax numbers including your mobile line as indication of your interest as we do not have time to waste .Do respond via mail.I await your immediate response.

Lastly,i want you to note that this transaction requires otmost confidentiality to fruition and we hope we can trust you on this as our appointments and career is at stake.
