I'm using the Windows tcptrace V6.2.0. I see that the sources are
available for V6.4.2, but I'm not aware of a Windows binary with that
version. So it may well be that this has been fixed between 6.2 and
6.4?

I have attached two tcpdump files. Both display the problem.
