Maybe the xplot version on our webpage isn't the same as the one in our
CVS repository ... but I just got our CVS sources to build and run fine
with a simple configure and make on OpenBSD 3.1.
The timezone only gets used when a system doesn't have gmtoff in it's
tm structure. OpenBSD has gmtoff, and based on your configure output
that was detected, which leads me to believe the xplot source on our
webpage is not up to date with our cvs repository, which would be
a whoops on our part! Thanks for noticing this.
