Hi,

I have upgraded my version of cygwin to 1.3.12-1 and tcptrace and xplot no
longer works. I get an access violation
error in cygwin1.dll =( .

Does anybody has a clue on how to fix this and is there any instructions
for building tcptrace on cygwin?

Is this a well known issue?
