    Hi,

TCP receiver window is a state variable maintained by TCP that is based on
the amount of buffer space TCP has, available for the network connection
between your machine and the machine to which you are connecting to.

You can't download it any where to improve your network connection band
    width. :-)

I suggest you read up on TCP from an excellent book on this topic, if you
    want to understand TCP better.

TCP/IP Illustrated, Volume I by W.Richard Stevens. or

      the RFC 793.

    Regards,
    Mani.
