I have the following two patches for tcptrace - combined in one zip
file.

1) implements the option to record the packet arrival timestamps in
another file when extracting the data using the '-e' flag.
To activate type '-e -e' on the command line and observe the extra files
'xxx2yyy_contents.dti' created.

2) the second change is to work around an apparent bug in the CYGWIN
file open error handling that causes a runtime error when too many files
are opened, rather than reporting the failure to open the file. I had
this error with ~1900 files open. The additional parameter '-x' informs
the mfile.c module of the requirement to only open a limited number of
files.
