Hi,

I'd be interested in a tcptrace 'daemon' that can (promiscuously)
monitor of the machine's interfaces and send alerts if it sees
abnormal packet loss or abnormally high RTTs.

Before I plunge into the deep and hack this up, is there anyone who
did something similar already, or is working on something similar?
