Subject: tcptrace packets which cldnt be traced (IMP)

    Hi,

I am using tcptrace on a tcpdump capture file. It
    gives me the output as:
    Ostermann's tcptrace -- version 6.4.0 -- Thu Apr 3,
    2003

14358 packets seen, 14282 TCP packets traced

I am concerned which are not traced.
    1) Under what circumstances will the packets be not
    traced?
    2) Is there anyway where, tcptrace can log the
    packets, which couldnt be analyzed?

I appreciate your time and help
    Thanks
    -Vaidehi
