Hi,
I have been reading the mailing list about Slowstart duration being
discussed.
I am primarily intersted in Investigating Cellular Networks for its TCP
behaviour.
I would like to know the exact nature of packet loss in todays GPRS and
CDMA n/w and more about the network and its TCP behaviour including
slowstart.

Could you lead me to good references on this, in the form of IEEE
transactions, SIGCOMM, ACM.....etc ..etc

The critical path analysis of TCP by the authors of TCPEVAL ( Paul ) was
interesting. Any more of the like ?
