Hello,

I have a question concerning the reciever's advertsied window. It is always
9600 bytes big while the size of the sender's advertised window changes from
62000-64000 bytes. Why is the advertise window of the sender always 9600 bytes.
How is this callculated.

It is very urgent and thank you for any kind of help
