I am able to compile TCPTrace on Cygwin on both Windows 98 and Windows NT. However when I try to execute tcptrace I get the following error message-

Win 98-

" The TCPTRACE.EXE file is linked to missing export WPCAP.DLL:pcap_data_link"

WIn NT-

"The application failed to initalize properly(0xc000007b)."

Can anybody please help?

Also, I noticed that WinPCAP 2.2 and WINPCAP 2.3 DLL's do not contain "pcap_offline_read'. Whereas the DLLs provided with TCPTrace include these functions.
