Xplot does not work under Windows and likely never will. It's
written using the low-level (but high function!) raw X11 calls.
Whatever program you're running on windows, it isn't Tim Shepard's
xplot program. :-)
That being said, for several reasons, we're working on an xplot
replacement tool that runs under Java. So far the performance is much
better than I had anticipated. I expect to have an Alpha version of
that available in the near future. That program should run on just
about anything.
