OK, the "data xmit time" is the time between the first DATA packet and
the last DATA packet. Put another way, it's the entire duration of
the connection minus the SYN and FIN exchanges.
The "idle time max" is the maximum amount of idle time between any two
packets on the connection.

You have to enable those statistics with '-r'
